Welcome! I’m Chef Caron, and for me, food is more than a meal—it is my heritage, my passion and a wonderful way to bring people together.

My culinary journey began in my childhood kitchen, where I spent countless hours watching my dad and granny prepare authentic Jamaican dishes. As a Black British chef of Jamaican heritage, I embraced the food and traditions I grew up with, developing a deep love of cooking and a passion for sharing those vibrant flavours with others.

​

My menu celebrates Caribbean favourites, including jerk chicken, jerk pork, curry goat, rice and peas, Jamaican patties and much more. Together with my talented team, I prepare every dish using carefully selected ingredients, traditional recipes and plenty of care. Our aim is to bring authentic Caribbean flavour and a memorable experience to every occasion.

 

Based in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, I’m proud to be an award winner in Food and Hospitality. My business began by serving delicious lunchtime meals and, thanks to the incredible support of my customers, it has grown into a trusted Caribbean catering service.

Today, my team and I cater for corporate gatherings, celebrations, funerals, parties and private dining experiences. We can also bring our distinctive branded Airstream trailer to your event, creating a vibrant and eye-catching food experience that your guests will remember.

Excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do. I work closely with every client to understand their vision and tailor each event to their needs. With the support of my dedicated chefs and waiting staff, I make sure every detail is handled with care—from preparing and presenting the food to providing attentive service on the day.
